meet Paige

Team Inertia Strength & Conditioning specialist

Paige grew up in Glendale, Arizona where she started playing sports and fell in love with physical fitness and soccer at the young age of 3. She played all different sports, but competitive soccer stuck with her and in 2003 her and her team won the  Youth Soccer National Championship. Paige would go on to receive a scholarship to play Division 1 soccer at Texas A&M University, College Station where she was a Captain her Junior and Senior Year. Paige would graduate from Texas A&M with a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, majoring in Sports Management with a Minor in Business and International and Cultural Management. In 2009, Paige returned to Texas A&M to complete a year-long Strength and Conditioning internship and in 2010 would earn her Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Certificate as well as her National Strength and Conditioning Specialist Certification (NSCS). In the Summer of 2010 she would intern for the Arizona State University Strength and Conditioning Department, working with the men’s and women’s basketball teams and baseball team. In July 2010 Paige became the Arizona State Women’s Soccer Assistant Coach and would hold that position for 4 years. In the Spring of 2014, she left ASU to pursue a career that would allow her to adopt her two boys and be there for the transition period. In May 2014 Paige became the Director of Coaching of Boys for Arizona Soccer Club in Gilbert Arizona. She would go on to build the boys side of the club, train teams, and write/run the Speed and Agility program for the entire club before relocating to Kyle, Texas in May 2017 with her family. During her time back in Arizona Paige would also receive her EMT license, National EMT license, Hazmat Certification, and was a Volunteer for the Mesa Fire and Medical Department from 2014 – 2017. She has also completed her Functional Movement Assessment Level 1 certification and is available for FMS evaluations.

 

Paige has always been passionate about athletics, nutrition, and living a healthy lifestyle. She loves working with people of all ages and backgrounds  – from the elite athletes to those just trying to better themselves  – helping people reach their individual goals and seeing the growth and development of each individual is what it is all about - Compassion, Quality, Discipline, Loyalty, and Family.
